Heroic Archetypes

Transcedent Hero:
Well I'm Clay and I like to swim, play sports like baseball and golf, and my favorite thing to do is to play airsoft. I used to play football last year until I broke my back at the L5 vertebrae. I had to wear a back brace for 4 months and after that I had physical therapy for about 3 months. This has been a challenge and sometimes I cant do some events or I have to limit myself because my back starts to hurt. One good thing about breaking my back is that I developed a high pain tolerance so a lot of stuff doesnt hurt me too bad.

My Quest

The Quest For Knowledge:
Now for my quest, I would like to go to Texas A&M but I doubt that that would happen. The only reason I doubt this because it will be very expensive and I also plan to move up north. My occupation that I plan to learn is aerospace engineering. Aerospace requires a lot of knowledge and learning so I plan to do some extra work. To do this I plan on going to Richland Community College my Junior and Senior year of high school. It will require a lot of work but I will have to manage.

My Mentor

My Grandpa (Chief):
Chief is my hero because he also persevered. Although I never met him, I've been told stories. When Chief was a kid he tried to get into the Army but they told him to leave because he wasn't old enough. He was very independent and he lived on his own. He spent most of his time riding the rails and looking for employment until he was able to get into the Army. After Chief got into the Army it wasn't long until he joined the Navy. He soon became a chief of a battleship and got the nickname Chief. He is my hero because he never gave up.

The Threshold Guardian

Back:
As silly as it may seem, my back is my threshold guardian. My back can stop me from doing events that others are doing and that I want to do. At first it seemed like a real bad thing but after a while it led me to want to be an aerospace engineer which doesn't put a lot of strain on my back.

Shadow

Appearances:
Well I've already beaten this but others probably haven't or haven't even thought about it. Everyone always has to dress the right way and people judge others on what others wear. To me, I don't care what you wear, I don't care what I wear, and personally I don't care what you think about me.

Trickster

Music:
Music is my trickster because when ever I listen to a song everything seems easy. Music also influences me and some music even tells you what the world is going to be like out of college. Music also relaxes me and provides a break.

My Journey

The hero is special, one of a kind. He might represent a whole nation or culture:
Ever since I can remember, I've been told that I am a leader and that people look up to me. Just about everyone I know can say that I am a leader.
